In the first six (6) months of operation were focused primarily within the Metro Manila area and its neighboring provinces. The main objective was to inform the market, at the least time possible, about GINI’s existence – its Mission, Goals and Objectives and the various products and services we cater to the market.

Because of the fast growing business interest of ASIAPHIL MANUFACTURING INDUSTRIES, INC. (AMII) in serving the electrical industry, the necessity of establishing a strategic business unit that will handle merchandizing / trading requirements of Industrial and Commercial establishment let to the formation of GTB Industrial Network, Inc. (GINI) on June 26, 1998 with an initial paid-up capital of PHP 625,000.00.
