GINI Dealer Bonus Point System

A. Definition:

• Is a loyalty program that rewards GINI-Manila dealers with points for every purchase made in the GINI store (with standard price list only). These points can be used to redeem prices as shown in the prize catalog.
• The Bonus Point System will start January 01, 2005.

B. Who are eligible to apply:

- GINI dealers who passed the criteria based on the following conditions:

1. Dealers with consistent sales
2. Dealers who are frequent buyers
3. With good payment habit
4. Of good credit standing
   • Dealers with multiple Sales agents will be treated as one, credit is to the company only

C. How to apply:

• If a dealer is eligible, a GINI Dealer Bonus Points application form will be provided by GINI to its dealers, which must be filled out completely. This form can also be downloaded from the website.
• GINI will maintain a logbook of all dealer members, and the corresponding points accumulated.

D. How long does membership last?

• There is no expiration on the membership, however, dealers with no purchases for a continuous six months at least, will automatically have their points voided.

E. How does one earn points?

• P100 = 1 point
• Conversion of purchase to bonus point is based on the amount on the Official Receipt.(with VAT)
• Logging of purchases/points – manual/logbook/report
• Total points earned can be inquired by calling your respective Sales Engineers.
• The point system is cumulative of the previous amounts purchased.
• Interests incurred on payable is not included in the computation of equivalent points

F. How does one redeem prizes?

• A dealer, at the time of redemption, should have NO ARREARS in payment. ARREARS refer to liabilities remaining unpaid past the payment term given.
  
• A dealer can redeem prizes of his choice when his cumulative bonus points are equal to the equivalent points of a prize.
• Accumulated points must be redeemed within 2 years. After 2 years, unredeemed points will be forfeited.
• Only the owner of the company is authorized to redeem prizes. However, he has the right to assign it to any of his Sales agent or Sister Companies, provided an authorization letter is given.
• Prizes or its brand may change without prior notice.
• Points cannot be converted to cash, or used to pay for outstanding payables to GINI.
• Prizes can be redeemed anytime, but allow 1 week for the item to be available. Just coordinate with the respective GINI Sales Engineers for the redemption.

H. Other Terms and Conditions:

• The GINI Dealer Bonus Point System and its benefits are offered at the discretion of GINI. GINI has the right to change, limit, modify or cancel the program rules, regulations, and rewards at any time, with or without notice.
• Participation in the GINI Dealer Bonus Point System is subject to the terms and conditions, rules, regulations, policies and procedures that GINI may, in its discretion, adopt from time to time.
• GINI has the right to end the GINI Dealer Bonus Points by providing notice to its members six months in advance of program termination.

• Reduces time spent in canvassing

GINI’s newest addition to its Ohio Brass product line-up is the type PVN Polymer-housed, station class arrester:
